Equipment needed.
› A hat, for when you are sailing.
› Several t-shirts - (You´ll also wear them when you´re sailing).
› Some shoes for sailing, rubber pumps or boots, closed rubber sandals or something similar).
› Water-resistant sun cream – high factor.
› At least a couple of swimming costumes.
› Some “smarter” clothes for going on excursions.
› A jumper for night time.
› A bath towel and a beach towel.
› If you wear glasses or contact lenses, we suggest you bring a spare pair. |

Getting around. Getting to and from the activity
Moving from the camps to the place of the activities is not included in the services on offer. Usually, bus transport can be arranged from Madrid, Albacete and Murcia (at a cost of about 70 euros return). Bus transport can be arranged form anywhere, however, as long as there are enough people who want the service.
The meeting place is the "Arbolar"Active Leisure Centre
(located in c/ Laguna de Ruidera s/n, in Los Urrutias - Cartagena )
before 12 :00 hours, and departure will be form the same place, also before 12 :00 hours. |

Required Documentation
Parents or guardians should give the camp any documentation needed to allow for medical treatment (either a medical care card or a photocopy of the health documentation corresponding to the child).
On the day of joining the course, a bank receipt confirming the correct amount has been paid into the account is also required. |

Physical condition and requirements for the camps
Those taking part in the camps should not be suffering form contagious illnesses or physical conditions which prevent them from taking part, in any way, in sailing.
It is very important that those taking part know how to swim.
At the beginning of the activity a swimming test will be given, consisting in asking those taking part to swim 20 metres in the sea. |

Cash
It is not necessary for participants to bring a large amount of money to the activity.
However, a “camp bank” will be used, where children will be able to leave the amounts of money they wish with the group leader responsible for looking after them for the duration of their stay at the camp. |
